New year new site.

So after 7 years of blogging on the free wordpress.com, I finally spent $100 and bought my own domain, sincerelyloewe.com!

In those 7 years, I’ve written a lot of things – bad poetry, life changing moments, travel recaps. It’s been a big part of my personal development and my blog has recorded a lot of my milestones and achievements. At some point, I thought I would stop blogging but here I still am.

So this year I’ve decided to go ahead and pay for my own domain and work on a more robust website where I can customize and code things to how I want them to be.

What’s different on this site? Well this site will be less “slice of life” and more review focused – Vancouver life & food. My personal blog will still be on here as well as all my travel recaps, but I definitely want to share more of the things I’m doing and what I’m eating.

I am excited to create new content for this site, but I am still in the progress of transitioning content from my old blog to here (mostly my travel recaps). I’ve decided to make my website live today (!) because I am paying for the domain anyways so no need to waste my money (lol).

I don’t expect all 600 of my readers and subscribers from my free wordpress.com site to move over to this site, but if you somehow stumbled to my new site then I am glad! I will slowly be shutting down my wordpress.com site and leaving it to a landing page that will link to this new site.

Again, thanks for reading and I want to thank everyone who has read my blog at any point of their lives. It has been a fun and long 7 years, and I am really happy to be moving my blog to a more serious platform that I can call my own.

Sincerely, Loewe
