Michelin ⭐️ French fine-dining in Tokyo

We celebrated our honeymoon with a fancy dinner at Recte (@recte.jp), a French fine-dining restaurant in the Daikanyama area.

Recte is known for kamado cuisine, which is cooked over charcoal or wood in a traditional stone oven. The Kamado set meal has 10 courses and dinner costed us $450 CAD for 2 people + 2 glasses of wine.

I tried pilates for the first time at Joayo Therapy (@joayotherapy + @joayopilates) in Brentwood, North Burnaby.

I wanted to be a graceful pilates princess but OMG it was hard 😭 The instructor was so nice and tailored to my beginner level but my posture, strength, balance and everything was so bad 💀 (how do I live like this) My legs were shaking so hard and my bum hurt for the next few days. Respect to pilates girls 🫡

- 2nd stop: The Flamingo Room (@flamingoroomvan). Really cute interior and bar! Food portions are on the smaller side.
- 3rd stop: The Charlatan (@charlatanvan). Casual bar with a wooden outdoor patio. Big selection of beers, wine and cocktails.
